AXIAL EVENT FORM INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read):
Axial provides support primarily with Axial promotional materials such as stickers, posters, banners, t-shirts, and in some cases, product.
To be considered, you must completely fill out (please elaborate as much as possible where possible) on the Sponsorship Form and submit your request at least a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event (earlier the better, and 3 months notice is preferred). Please, submit your request for each event only once, and please no phone calls.
AXIAL EVENT CRITERIA:
Event submissions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Axial evaluates events on the below listed criteria:
• Size of Event: how many people will be participating and attending.
• Media Exposure: web, print, TV/Cable, etc.
• Event Promotions: how the event was promoted. Example: flyers, radio, TV/Cable, web, magazine, etc.
• Sales Promotions: working with a LHS (Local Hobby Shop) to develop a special event promo will greatly increase the effectiveness of your event.
If your event is chosen for sponsorship we will contact you via email approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your event. We will ask that you add the Axial logo to the event’s website, recognize Axial as a sponsor, and provide photo’s (hi-res) of the event within two weeks after the event has taken place.

AXIAL FACTORY SUPPORT:
If you would like to have have Axial promotional products because you'd like to help support Axial at an event, you'll get hooked up with Axial Track/T-shirt Packs at our promotional rate (purchasable at a heavily discounted rate).
