When can i git one and how much will it cost. I love rock crawling and my two sons want to use mine all the time. I live on a budget and like to git them one of their own and cant afford to build them each one to.

  2. Osvaldo

I hope its out soon, my dad and i want one.

  3. Axial Lover

Whats the dif between this and a rtr version? You’d think Axial would release a 1.9 comp crawler the way Losi is selling them off… Theres no other comany doing it. Axial would be the next best thing…

    1. Bender

The RTC has the new shorter 4″ comp shocks, new lower links and steering tie rods, a 55t motor, Pro-Line Hammer tires with memory foams, an XC-1 body, clear lexan upper link mount plate and new stronger driveshafts.

We’ve talked about doing a 1.9 comp crawler, but it’s probably a long way out before we have anything ready.

Add the aluminum links with this, and you’ll have a comp ready crawler. When are those shocks going to available seperately? I already have ARTR, and those shocks seem like a great upgrade.

    1. Bender

The shocks should start shipping in a couple weeks. They will be a great addition to your ARTR.

  5. Physalis

This RTC makes sense if it’s a real step foreward if compared to the RTR version.
I totally agree with Axial Lover when he/she says that Axial have to release a 1.9 comp crawler (possibly with the same ARTR formula used with 2.2). I’m holding to go 1.9 as I’d like to see if something comes out from Axial.
Axial people… we are all sure you have something ready in your labs… please release it!!!

    Cheers,
    Physalis

if axial was going to bring out a 1.9 comp crawler to compete with losi’s… the could scale a 2.2 axail artr or rtr down… tht thing would crawl like a son of a ….. ;-) ive ordered my rtc after selling my kit =] i cant wait!! bad thing is a few months back i pre orederd a losi 2.2 after waiting for ever and forgetting i ordered it i found out yesterday it will be here tuesday…. stupid losi!!

  8. Scott

Thanks for the RTC Axial. I’m picking mine up next week. Can’t wait!

    hi,
what hop ups do you think it will take the truck to have all the same parts as the ARTR

  10. Peter

Is this thing water proof if so can you please let me know

  11. Ryan

Can you add upgrade parts for a kit ax-10 to the rtc truck

  12. tom

can i get rid of the servo saver and get aluminum links all around? if so im getting one.

  13. Adam

    rtc or rtr ?

  14. devon

i keep stripping my servo saver, my worst run is three in one night. is there an upgrade to get rid of the plastic

    1. Bender

Your best bet is to buy an aluminum servo horn, and ditch the servo saver. The stock RTC servo has metal gears so you will be fine. Try to find an aluminum horn that is compatible with Futaba servos, and similar in length to the servo saver.
